I’m an Ontario-based Naturopathic Doctor and dog mom to a energy-filled German Shepherd with a passion for delivering comprehensive healthcare, education, and support to women. I have struggled with my hormonal health and weight my whole life and have FINALLY discovered the way to find total harmony and I want to share it with like-minded women. My in-person practice offers evidence-informed 1:1 care and I offer online programs designed to help you gently and effectively optimize your health during all the transformative chapters of your life, and beyond!
